Delivered a comprehensive design system for RLDatix, enabling a scalable token infrastructure with built-in code, full documentation, and WCAG 2.2 accessibility. A flexible 360° library supporting their global healthcare solutions.

I led BASE DS, building scalable components, design tokens architecture, and clear workflows that improved consistency across Toptal's major platforms. Developed complex Figma components, managed the backlog, QA-tested libraries, and aligned Figma with Storybook for seamless design-to-development integration.

I founded and built startups, taking on the role of lead to drive products from concept to launch. As a super contributor, I conducted user research, facilitated workshops, built prototypes, and ran usability testing to deliver MVPs. During this time, I successfully launched 4x start-ups that gained strong user adoption, attracted funding, and continue to operate successfully today.

In this role, I managed cross-functional teams while continuing to serve high profile clients and deliver impactful and useful products. I also mentored a team of 8+ designers by setting regular check-ins and to improve the service delivery and design quality of the company.

Served a number of high-profile Fortune 500 clients and delivered more than 12,000 hours of client work. Having navigated every type of design challenge from startups to enterprise giants while owning the complete design process, I bring proven experience from working on countless different projects.

Redesigned the entire kaufda.de portal, transforming it into a fully responsive web experience while also launching and maintaining new products like Meinprospekt, Retale.com, and Bonial.com. Additionally, I led the successful launch of the Kaufda app on the Apple Watch during its first release in 2015.

As the sole in-house designer, I delivered continuous feature improvements for their web affiliate marketing software used by major casinos (William Hill, Bet365, Betfair, Betsafe), while also building white-label solutions, and all online and print marketing materials.
